The Rapid Pioneers Group has a portfolio of over 30+ companies in the consumer and B2B technology space. This job will be with a global online dermatological clinic whose goal is to make treatments readily available and successfully provide over 500,000 treatments to patients.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Product Manager for Conversion to join the group and actively contribute and drive the group's mission of expanding access to dermatology services for everyone. As a Product Manager, you'll play a direct role in our UA strategy. You'll do this by delighting our customers across the entire user journey, starting from their first click into a marketing campaign and ending with their first purchase.

Responsibilities:

Together with our engineers, designers, and Marketing team, you will:

  • Enhance Acquisition and Activation: Drive the optimization of user acquisition and activation processes to increase conversion, while monitoring and refining performance metrics.
  • Drive Sustainable Growth: Formulate and execute strategies for consistent and scalable conversion improvements, ensuring long-term user growth and retention.
  • Ownership and Execution of Metrics and Goals: Take charge of conversion metrics and goals, setting targets, making data-driven decisions, and reporting on progress to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Improve the User Journey: Evaluate and enhance the user journey, from initial contact to conversion, by implementing user-centric insights and A/B testing.
  • Manage Your Cross-Functional Team: Build, lead, and facilitate collaboration within a

cross-functional team (including design, development, and marketing) to successfully execute conversion optimization projects.

Requirements:

  • Conversion Strategy Expertise: Proven expertise in formulating and executing strategies to

enhance user acquisition and activation, fostering higher conversion rates. Demonstrated ability to drive consistent and sustainable growth in conversion rates, ensuring long-term user growth and retention.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to monitor and refine performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to meet and exceed conversion objectives.
  • User-Centric Approach: Proficiency in gathering user-centric insights, evaluating user journeys, and enhancing them to provide a seamless experience.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to build and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective collaboration among design, development, and marketing professionals.
  • Project Management: Project management expertise to ensure the successful execution of

conversion optimization projects and alignment with the broader business goals.

  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to set and manage conversion metrics and goals, ensuring they align with the company's overall mission and objectives.

Compensation Range: RON 120K - RON 180K
